Founded in 2007 by Anne-Marie Botha, AMP Property Management and Land Acquisition initially primarily focused on Land and Rights negotiations and the management of real estate. AMP has since developed into a partnership which has successfully contributed to legal, environmental as well as a variety of tailored property related projects.

 

AMP provides specialist as well as turnkey services and projects are conducted individually or as part of a team. Some of AMPs clients include: Transnet, Eskom, SANRAL, Aurecon, Massel and various members of the private sector.

 

AMP members are registered with the South African Right Of Way Association (SARWA)., the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and South African Council for Professional and Technical Surveyors (PLATO).

 

Our head office is locates in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga with a branch in Upington, Northern Cape, however AMP undertakes projects across Southern Africa.
